| Gearing up for ANSI/TIA-470-C
Microtronix
Systems Ltd. is an active participant of the Telephone Industry
Association (TIA), which allows us to be up to date with the latest
changes to the specifications. The specification for the United
States is being changed from the TIA/EIA 470-B to the ANSI/TIA 470-C.
The ANSI/TIA 470-C has some changes from the present
requirement. Microtronix has written a Comparison of 470-C and
470-B Handset Acoustic Requirements white paper to help our customers understand the changes in
the 470 standard (click here to
request a copy).
Microtronix
provides 470-C testing solutions to our customers. You can view
the 470-C Test Systems brochure by clicking here, or you
can download it from here.
Also, you can compare the testing capabilities of the Telephone
Acoustic Tester (TAT) and the Wireline Phone Test System (WPTS) by
downloading our 470-C Test Capabilities matrix here.
